Attorney Kelly L. Andersen, P.C., is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts, and has served as lead counsel for people injured in Oregon, California, Washington, Hawaii, and other states. Mr. Andersen has also handled cases in the Oregon Court of Appeals, the Oregon Supreme Court, the U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals (covering the Western United States), and the U.S. Court of Claims.

During Ryan's undergraduate studies he played collegiate baseball at Oregon State University and at the University of Utah. At Oregon State University he was on the Academic Honor Roll, and at the University of Utah he was twice awarded the Western Athletic Conference "Scholar Athlete Award" and was twice honored with the title of "Academic All-Conference."
After beginning law school at the University of Oregon, he was offered a contract to play professional baseball in Germany, which he did for two years. He then returned to Oregon, where he completed his law school studies. He took the Bar Examination in July 2005, and was admitted to practice in September.
